This resource provides tip sheets for first responders on how to assist and assess the needs of vulnerable populations in emergency evacuations. It includes communication techniques and sample questions to consider when reaching out to diverse groups. Populations include seniors, people with mobile disabilities, people with sensory disabilities, mothers and newborns, people with mental illnesses, and people with service animals.
