This white paper profiles the conceptual constructs of Inclusive JITT (Just-in-Time Training) and its potential application in the Public Health Investigation and Point of Dispensing settings. By the use of case studies, the paper describes the Inclusive JITT approach and how it effectively merges the following educational principles in public health emergency operations, which include: learning dimensions (i.e., knowing, doing, feeling); learning styles (i.e., visual, auditory, experiential); and cultural context (i.e., individual, group, organization).
